I removed one red circular try n one plastic mesh. The connection for the pipes. Lid pipe silicon to short pipe connect to red tray then connect to long pipe. End of e pipe will not touch the bottom. Therefore it is a must to glue the pipes and suspend from the lid

thanks bro, this video really is useful! gonna find time and do the mod as per the video then gonna improve it with the eductor.

Hi bro,

I have done the mod on TLF b4 not very ideal as the tumbling not as good as eductor. I have also thought of mod it to educator b4 but I can't find any small one that can fix into TLF tube leh.

For educator, I have one ordered from fish-street but the inlet 3/4 and 1" . Initial though of diy one bio-pellet reactor but end up drop the idea because reactor's price in the market is rather cheaper than diy... :( !

Wahaha bro, you just stopped me from clicking Fish Street's check out button!

But for my case, I already have the TLF and getting the eductor from Fish Street is not that high compared to me getting new FR30. Same problem I faced, the smallest is 3/4" and I think TLF is much smaller. May need to find a way to connect both up.

2 Feet Tank: (Decom Feb 2015)
-Lightings : Pharos LED light 90W with wireless controller
-Chiller : Arctica 1/10HP with H2Ocean Flow Pump 2000

-Wavemaker : Vortech MP10ES
-Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC 3.5

-Return Pump : Eheim Compact 3000
-Reactor – TLF150 (Mod) with NP Biopellet
-Reactor – TLF150 with Rowaphos
