Nope LCK selling 3.2k buy one get one free. Still cheaper then gem tang

Yes, Interrupta angelfish are no longer as pricey before, so its gem tang. In fact, many of the more expensive fishes that are not affected by collection issues (such as depth and location) have gone down in price. Great time to get them.

What species of possum wrasse are you keeping?

Are they sequential hermaphrodites?

More correctly - they are protogynous hermaphrodites i.e. Juv > female > male. ;)

Mines a yellow banded (Wetmorella nigropinnata ) but till now I still see only 1 of them due to the initial aggression on the 1st day from my elongatus dottyback (caught and removed it).

Thanks bro!

Your knowledge amazes me; from tech to bacteria to piscine/inverts and lightings and water flow, like an encyclopedia for reefing:D

That's one of the reasons why I will never trust dottybacks, no matter how docile/small size they may claim to be. However, some species are just too irresistible, like Pseudoplesiops rosae.

  • 3 months later...

Just a little update on my tank so far as quite a few things have happenes, some positives and some negatives. One of the best was my Japanese angelfish pair are spawning on daily basis and the worst was definately when my Bandit angelfish decides to go carpet surfing on a recent Monday when I was on leave. Staring at a dried Bandit surely gives you the maximum feel of "Monday Blues". Spses are growing but still have brown hair algae issues but I am trying to keep them under control. Shall let the pics do the talking.
