refractometer difference ?

whats the difference between madpetz refractometer w/ATC and fish-street refractometer w/ATC ?

they looked almost similar.

anyone used the refractometer from fish-street ? how was it , is it accurate ?

All the accuracy is as equally good/bad. Most of the meters come fron the same factory. Best practice is to calibrate one regularly with salinity standard solution.

If you include the shipping costs, its almost the same price as buying from any LFS.

if the price factoring the shipping cost isn't much different, why not get it from Madpetz. You will get support if it turns out faulty and I am sure Madpetz will help you out. Fish-street is good but if the item gets damaged in transit, it is going to be very troublesome for ya... my 2cents
