PAR38 For 8 Gallon Tank

Hi all,

Is two Par38 for a 8 gallon tank an overkill ? Will it pose any issue like overheating or algae problem ?

the tank is 30x37x35cm.

Btw the tank is for soft corals and possible LPS in the future

Should not be an issue as I use it on my 30x30x35cm before with about 6inch away from the surface =)

Bro, Par38 Very good for Nano/Pico Tank. U can have Nice color Zoas or Even SPS if u can maintain ur Water Parameters But heat is an issue if you have no chiller. (Someone selling Ice-Probe. )

Yeah the color is good, nw thinking want put one or two par38. Worried two might be too much, one got a bit of spotlighting syndrome...
