Not picking on anyone but just trying to understand.

Why is it that when relating the price of livestock in LFS section, people use word speak?

Eg if a flame angel costs $80, they will say "one blue three reds"

Is it superstition or some kind of code? Just curious thanks.

maybe $80 looks too simple.

i believe it is because its not really appropriate to disclose the price of livestock over the net. in the past (on other forums), people tend to give the round number.. say 2 blue notes instead of $80 to give a rough gauge and to be not too direct about revealing the price.
