need advise on DI crystal pro unit

Hi to all, need some advise to help solve my problem.

Before my last change of resin for my DI unit, water reading from outlet can go to as low as 0 ppm.

But now, even i changed 2 supply source for my DI resin, my water reading for outlet is always same as incoming. it is like no filter at all.

Anyone encounter this problem with crystal pro 3 stage unit before?

Asume the resin have no issue, what can cause this problem?

did you put the resin in properly and connect the hose correctly? i remember the first time i got my crystal pro 3 stage i didn't place the resin cartridge in correctly and the water wasn't passing through the resins.. if its correct you should check your TDS meter.. i can loan you my TDS meter for you to test since we live quite near.

i have confirm the resin cartridge correctly, but not sure if it is woring correct. my tds meter is newly bought.

Bro how much roughly did u pay for ur ro/di set? Possible to post a photo of how ur set looks like

about $80. 2nd hang, used for a year,not the resin.
