Can the Blue Ring ANgelfish be eaten ?

A bit sad that it was caught via Hook.

Else.... it would be nice to keep the fish in tank.

Any other types of Marine Fish that can be found in our waters beside Blue Ring Angel Fish ?

Hi there,

Those who enjoy fishing as a sport often release their catch. I think it won't be a problem to put a hooked fish in an aquarium. One thing that makes a difference is that this particular Blue-ringed Angelfish is drug-free.

It's really sad seeing the angel being "ta pau". Being a sports fisherman practicing catch and release i really feel upset seeing fishes got caught and pack back home irregardless of size. I would strongly urge people not to try and catch this fish at the jetty.

Sports fish and ornamental fish are totally different, you don't gain much thrill catching an angel fish comparing to catching a barramundi.
