As above, i plan to get a bottle of 60 capsules at $60 but would like to share half with someone else. 30 capsules can last 8 months on my 250L tank ( based on 1 capsule every 500l every 4 days).

from what i know reef vitality makes coral absorb nutrients, trace elements and food at a much faster pace.. so i will need to reduce my dosage of ABCM.. read overseas forum seems like very good review leh.

From what I read on fauna marin corporate site, seems to be the same as grotech abcm.

I won't add two of the same stuff. Overdosage can kill bro.

If you want tokkong stuff, get zeovit bottles. More potent imo and last you longer.
