Bm nac QQ setup issue

Hi

Just changed my boyu skimmer to the bm nac qq

The skimmer dun seem to be skimming anythg at all

Have i installed it wrongly?

U raised the water level in the skimmer tube to kust under the cup

Have attached some pics here for advise

My water is crystal clear with corals, 1 cardinal, 1 shrimp and 1 clown

Tank size is 60litres

So the water level in the skimmer and tank water height all is ok?

the water level shld be at the bottom of the collection cup

I lifted the skimmer high with only 10cm of the skimmer submerge and it started skimming

Water level i adjusted to just crossing the cup base

I agree with Bombom last time I also skim nothing when I place my new qq to my tank
