WTB - Macro Algae to feed my Tang

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am looking for fresh, healthy macro algae (grape algae, suction cup algae, Caulerpa verticillata or equivalent etc) and not those pricey ornamental ones.

My new tang does'nt feed on nori/pellet/mysis and I have to beef him up on fresh algae.

If you have macro algae that I need, please PM me (stating the price, type of algae, quantity, collection place) and I will reply you if the deal is right. (Need healthy ones as I have to stock up in the sump tank).

Prefer to deal somewhere near to Sembawang Area. Thank you very much.

Alternatively you could get the red bamboo from CF less than 1 green note.

Tangs just can't resist that from my experience.

I did put in red bamboo. My tang peck on the red bamboo but unable to tear off chunks of it. Maybe mouth too small for the thick branches. Its not eating nori too but eats the limited nuisance algae that grew on rocks.

Don't worry about it bro. Though we can't really see them tearing it off but they are feeding.
