Has splited itself. Normal?

Normal for anemones to split. But your nem looks badly bleached. Feed with prawn meat 1-2 times a week.

If you are referring to the spiderweb like things, they seem like bacterial film.

The glass anemone (Aptasia) on the right is a real problem.

Thanks how do I get rid of the spider web on the rocks? Is joe juice able to remove the anemone? Where can I get joe juice? Googled, Lemmon juice peppermint shrimp also can?
