salt mix

hi, i'm currently mixing my own salt water.but everytime i'm doing the salt mix,end result will always have the white salt residue and water surface have tiny particles. using a pump to mix for 2 days.

Is it normal or need I change better salt brand? using Marinium salt bought from ah Beng

i use Red sea coral pro salt.. usually i just mix for around 1hr + 2 hours i use liao.. never heard that salt before though..

I'm using Tropic Marin Pro & let it mix overnight using an air-stone n I also get white residue.

dont use air stone to mix salt.. use a pump instead.

Normal to have some white residue just don't use the bottom layer of water.

Dun think so..I use red sea salt mix with dechlorine tap water..use a wavemaker to mix for at least an hour..water clear with no residue..

Ps: I add salt slowly in moving water..SG 1.018..
