I just a beginner in Fowlr, like i mention before, i get all my knowledge from fish channel. I dont mind sharing what i know, but of cos I can only do that when i have free time. For the above case, i had to skip my lunch, go back home, and rush back to work only to eat my lunch/ dinner at 6pm. worse case is he already know the price is out of his budget yet still come view.

Agreed. He is too unconsidered. If he have no intention to buy, then he should arrange time that is convenient to you. Not at your expense. Nevertheless, you are still an expert here...
