kraken
Hi All, I am getting very different readings for salinity for both devices 1) refractometer (calibrated at room temp, not 20 deg) 2) reef Angel controller salinity probe (calibrated with salinity calibration fluid) the values I am getting defers by quite a bit, say 0.02/3 pts for example one would read 1.025 while the other would read 1.023 which do you think is the problem and which method is the most accurate here? lazydevil
Use DI water to test out both equipment and see which one gives a more accurate result. then calibrate the device you have.
