i ask henry if its necessary to keep any of the bottles refrigerated and he mentioned ABC don't need and M will be better if keep in refrigerator..seems like most of amino acids product need to keep in fridge?

After dose 10ml on first night and 5ml on 2nd night. I can see very obvious extended polys from my sps...red planet and sunset milli very obvious.

Monti also can see that the polys open up much nicer.

would dosing 2x per week compared to 1x per week (same amount just divide by 2) be better? or anyone actually dose daily (also divide equally). im currently dosing twice a week. each day 1 bottle.

grotech ABCM does indicate what each bottle consist of. guess to find out how effective, is to buy and try it out. for my case i think its a really good product. i believe many will agree with me.

if i remember correctly, i read somewhere that its best to dose separately, at least few hours apart for each bottle. i dose one bottle a day and rotate abcm
