good skimmer for small bio load?

hi, am starting a 3 ft, 250lt ,fowlr tank.some nano fish like cromis n clown. do I need to a expensive skimmer like deltec or cheaper skimmer will do? thanks.

cheap and good will be Bubble Magus. Can get the Nac3.5( 100-300l) or if you can go for nac5a (300-500L) even better.. you never know if you are able to maintain small bioload.. better get bigger size one so no need to change in future..

you can consider skimmerless, with other means of nutrients export, eg keep chaeto

plus regular water change for low bioload setup

read BM min water level is 9.5-11, but my sump water level just 8. will it be ok or I need the min water level?
