How long are your lighting on for your reef tank?

Hey fellas.. just want to see how long are your tank on for your coral reef tank?

Im on 7 hours (6x3watt LED) for my 34L tank (31x31x36cm).. thinking of increasing to 9 hours..

should i?

I have it on 14-10k for at least 6 hours...

20k 1.5hr before and after... Rest of time royal blue and blue 100%

Total run since 8am till 12am

i've read alot people using similar method to yours.. using multiple lighting to control on off and the total period is very long.. howver i only have 1 switch.. which is to on all 1 time.. however i do switch my light (manually) to all blue for 1 - 2 hours daily at the end of the lighting period though..

Eh... I use radion so its automatically controlled... Only my t5 is have it on a seperate timer on for 9 hrs

4 hours in the morning, 4 hours at night

total 8 hours, but not in poll option

Timer. No Corals. Only Fishes.

9 hours for 4xT5, 5 hours for 14k 250W MH.

IMO, it depends on what coral you keep as different coral need different lighting duration.
