Hailea HC-300A Temperature Settings

I'm currently using a Hailea HC-300A for a 3x2x2 tank I took over from a reefer. As I was using Artica for my previous tank, I'm not too familiar with this chiller now.

Currently the chiller temperature is set at 26 degrees. Then I press and hold the up and down buttons to set it to +0.2. I thought this means that it sets the chiller to kick in when the temperature rises by 0.2, cause that's how it worked for my Artica.

However, it doesn't work that way for my Hailea. It only kicks in when the temperature rises by 1 degree. Anyone able to help me on this?

Thanks a lot!
