How to start 2 part dosing

Hi all, currently my tank ca lvls are 380ppm and current tank is about 185 gallons (a mixed reef tank). My desired calcium lvl is 450ppm? Can i know how to start the 2 part dosing? i've purchased the Kh powder and Calcium flakes from iwarna. My magnesium lvls are 1300++ ish. I've use BRS calculators and calculate that i need 179.8g of calcium crystals. How do i go about mixing?

I suggest adding the required amount slowly, within the course of 1 week or more so that you don't jump your Alk and CA by too much..

As your Mg is already at the desired amount, try to aim for correct Alk levels first (again adding it slowly) before slowly adding CA.

I've just started randy part 1 recipe...I'm dosing 187ml of both ca and alk daily? Currently ca lvl still 380 and alk lvl now 10.5. Am I dosing too much?

How big is the tank and how much SPS? That sounds like a lot. Suspicious of Calcium test. Still 380 after adding 187ml of calium does not sound right.
