Butterfly fish dying

My butterfly fish which i have been keepin for abt 3 weeks seems to be gettin weaker, sometimes it jus lays flat on the sandbed..it has red markings on one side of its bodies...something like scratch marks..my other fishes are doing fine..

Or issit weak cos it has not been eating?...unlike the other fishes my butterfly fish only pecks at the liverocks and i dun see it eating the floating foods which i feed my other fishes...

So is it crabs? disease? or lack of food?

there used to be heavy bullying between my Koran angel and the butterfly...now it seemed lesser but still gt bully at times..my koran oso getting too big for my 2ft liaoz..

Butterflyfish have the reputation of being mostly coral polyp feeders or even very fussy feeders.
