The rack is bought and modified and you will not be sure also until the actual tank comes in.

Water flow test passed with 900l pump. Only need to solve problem on air trap.

Anyone got any idea? Need to block out the air.

Use a bigger diameter pipe with endcap and place it under the overflow. Drill holes for the water to flow through, the air will dissipate outfrom the top. Looks better and neater than tupperware.

My piping height is 19cm and length is 12cm x 8cm on area that i have used up. My tank size is only 120x 480, height 8cm...

Still can be done? Piping will take up my space.so currently i just have one piping down.

I saw the actual tank... although it's small, this is a result from huge amount of efforts... I like how it is being organised and neat. Very nicely done frag tank!

but hor can change the title pleasee...haha
