Something very sad happen. I bought 3 shrimps this morning. Once I put them in my tank. All 3 sink like titanic... All die. I figured it could be shock... Any bros can help me with other reasons? Last time I checked my water parameters are ok. Will check again next week when I get back from KL.

just to be clear. The 3 shrimps were alive and kicking when they are still in the plastic bag

All inverts are sensitive to sudden change in water parameters and if you do not do proper acclimation, they will be killed in a short time after introduction.

Yah. I only remember about temperature. Totally forget about salinity. Coz first time buy invert. Will be using drip method for my next batch of cleaner shrimp. Very sad. Killed three shrimps...

Its not just temperature or salinity but entire water parameters. It practicality it is not possible to test all parameters thus it is better to slowly acclimating inverts to your DT params using drip methods. Of course you will still need to ensure that your DT params are within range.

only drastic difference will kill them ba....

normally i just put the them into container and bubble them

then about half and hour before putting them in tank put 1 drop of chemical :D

few days ago did that for a junior blood shrimp, no issue
