anyone has recommandations for sump setup? currently thinking of changing current sump setup as current sump too messy. not sufficient of space.

It depend on what u want in your sump? Having a compartment for refgium ect or to house your skimmer internally or externally.

Go for 7 inch filter sock if space allows. It'll not overflow as fast as the 4 inch ones.

hi there. I am also looking for sump designs. I can across this cool design from BRS (http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/aqueon-modular-proflex-sump-filtration.html). Cost to singapore definitely huge but I think most tank makers here can make similar. I'm thinking of DIY one for my next setup.
