Pellets - Ocean Nutrition Brand

Hi All

This new brand recently came into the market and I have been using the one that has Spirulina + garlic - seems a very good combination pellet to have....

Its been a month but few observations:

1. my fishes lose interest after eating a few of them each time I feed.

2. no apparent benefit controlling ick (whitespot) as my blue tang still have some traces ick on its body.

The above is in comparison to Spectrum Brand Pellets (finished and could not find it so far) that I have been using. The fishes loves it and it has helped controlled my tank's ick problem well.

Anyone with similar or differing views?

Hm.. I tot ocean nutrition one is quite good? I'm using the Formula Two flake food... even my algae blenny eats it...

lol.. fire shrimps eats every damn thing thats thrown in the tank.. at least for mine, its a greedy bugger.. grabs everything first then starts to eat..

All my fishes eat them except for those with extremely small mouth.

Blue Tang get ich very easily. The only way to prevent it is to feed it garlic daily.

I have been feeding my brine shrimp soaked in Garlic juice daily.

Well, I am feeding the Ocean Nutrition Formula Two flakes and my fishes love them!

Same here. my fishes and shrimps all "cheong" for them when i feed them the flakes.

Do you guys using flakes find that they go "fungus" real fast as compared to pellets? My first and last can did not last a month as they simply disintegrate into powder form.....
