What happen to my Naso, pls help

Hi senior, my Naso got a bite from Isopod, I had removed it from the body. Now the Naso is in QT tank with NSW.

Pls advise what is wrong with him and what should I do to get him back to health. He is not eating even with Henry gourmet.

Seem to have some fungal and bacterial infection. .. The eyes are cloudy .

Look like a Turbellarian infection to me since the body is covered with black spot. If It is already in a QT tank, maybe you can try to treat it with Cupramine - copper which is one of most effective treatment for parasites .

Start with a very small dosage since the fish is already very stress now, and slowly increase it over a course of few day. If you do not have a properly filtration system in your QT tank, do a small volume water change daily and notice for the next few day.

Lower salinity of water in qt and some medication should help.

I brought the NSW it is at 1.020. Just did a fresh water dip for 5 mins for the Naso. It is in the QT not moving, not eating (
