It depends on what species of anemone you are keeping. Some need strong light while others don't. But general behavior of anemones are they will move around in your tank to find the right spot. Whatever spot they anchor in, will be the ideal spot for them in terms of light and current flow. You might want to read up more on the anemone species you intend to keep and you will know if your light set is sufficient.
