Tank & Equips & Rocks & Sand Needed please help newbie

Hello All Marine Lovers,

This is a repost , please ignore my other post as my friend have advice me to post in such manner to bring forth my need of help in a clearer manner.

I am a newbie whom is new into this hobby and is really looking for people whom can assist me in obtaining these stuff which i need. My newborn is coming so my wife kinda restrict me from over spedning so i am hoping for some donation or help if possible.

Of course if really cannot be given i do not mind buying if the item is cheap or so, i dont mind second hand item or neither do i need the thing to be in tip-top condition, but at least in function -able =).

I am in need of the following basic items which my frend say i would need, in a set or individually is ok =3:

1. 10 - 15 gallon tank (with stand if possible if not nvrm)

2. HOB fliter with 200gph or slightly lesser is ok (prefer with surface skimmer)

3. Wave Maker with 200gph or slightly lesser is ok

4. T5 Lighting set

5. Live Rocks

6. Live sands

7. Sea Salt

Updates:

Been receiving some messages from fellow reefers, but finally manage to settle on a bundle deal which i preferred (bundle saves time) from a very nice reefer , aquamike, henceforth 3 more items to be striked off my list of needs, the items to be striked off are :

2 ft tank

T5 Lighting Set

one more wm

will be still needing the following items, should you have them to spare free or letting go cheap please do let me know =3 :

2 ft tank stand (ONLY THE STAND)

HOB Fliter (with skimmer preferred)

Chiller (if is cheap)

Rocks and sands (Dead/Live)

Sea Salt
