I don't think there's a difference. what's important is proper flow rate.

"Be formless... shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle; it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend..." - Lei Siu Lung (Bruce Lee)

The Cl150 use peltier element for cooling. Peltier is an electronic chip, It is only about 40mm to 60mm square, one end mounted on water cooling block, the other end has a air-cooled heat sink. Unlike normal chillers running on freon, it has no evaporator pipes and hence, direction of flow is not important. Peltier chillers are cheaper but there are 2.5 times less energy efficient than normal chillers running on freon gas.

Bro so you mean just fixed to any outlet will do? Cos there is no indication which is which, so i also think there is no different.

Yes. for cl150, you can connect in any direction. for other chillers that run on freon, must follow the directional sign as they have embeded heat exchanger that works better for heat exchange when there is a counterflow between freon and the water

Good to know, thanks for sharing.
