Help!!!!! Nano reef in crisis......

Help guys!!!! :( my nano reef is in crisis!!!!!

went away for a while and came back seeing my whole LR covered with green/brown hair algae. Coralline algae all disapperaed. Substrate got diatom bloom. Water surface got a layer of what i suspect to be the calcium carbonate. livestock has been dying one by one the last few weeks. now in a very desperate state. going to change 10%water tml. pls help me guys :(

The water surface has scum, not calcium carbonate.

10%? How about 99%?

Nanos are the most unstable environment for a reef. Sounds like the tank is immature or overstocked.
