Is that a skimmer on the right? If yes, the air bubble from the skimmer is good enough for your tank.

Is that lava rock? It should not be used in the marine tank if not wrong as it leaks some elements in the water.. Air pump is not required in a marine tank, the skimmer have sufficient bubbles to keep the water well oxygenated...
