fish dead but out of reach

Hi, all

Just to check with you guys, i have a dead beauty coral but its dead n found in the dead bottom of my rock scrape.

Do i leave it there n let nature take it courses. It would be a major rescrape if i want to remove it out.

Anyone had simiar exp?

You wanna try other means to get it out? Maybe use a long satay stick or something to dislodge it from the rock (or even poke it out), or blow it out with a powerhead, for examples.

If you really can't get it out, then perhaps dose bacteria to turbo boost the decomposing and turn the ammonia into Nitrates fast.

Get a few crabs and/shrimps to take care of it.

They are fast workers .......

Tank scavengers will take care of it. But must have enough of them else decomposition will pollute your tank.

As long as the fish is small should be alright. When I have missing head counts I will reduce the feeding. They hungry enough they will clear the remain of the fish. The shrimps will take care of the rest

I once have about 3 inch copper band died.

It becomes buffet for my sea cucumber, snail and shrimp.

Within 2-3 days, only left skeleton.
