SRC Member spicyball Posted January 22, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted January 22, 2004 I have very bad experience with those macroalgae attached on rock bought from r3b*rn. The last few macroalgae i got from there gave off a very foul smell after a few days in my refugium. I'm not sure whether is it with the quality of their macroalgae on rock or something wrong with my husbandary skills. Wondering if anybody here have same experience. I have not tried buying from other places before.

Run your refugium light 24/7. Prune them often.
