Wow bro. I'm no expert but you are going to have 12 fishes in a nano tank of about 20 gallons?

I am thinking many times over to even think of adding a 3rd fish in my 20g nano

Seriously bro.. the fish that i myself bought is just the 2 black clowns, 1 six line and 1 leopard.. the rest of it is thanks to my family member who buy LS without my permission.. no more adding of LS at this moment

11.. 1 banner died after doing freshwater dip yesterday..

So far LS seems doing fine except for ich on blue tang. I cant say im successful i do have some failed fishes.

Cleaner Wrasse - Kill by suicide after being chase off from Six Line Wrasse

Mandarin Goby - Kill by insufficient knowledge of its need of a refugium

Poor Man Banner - Kill by Freshwater Dip to remove ich

2 Turbo Snails - Killed by uknown reasons

purple sponge - same as above

I dont know how do i manage this.. My skimmer does collect dark green skimmate.. Water Change of 15% every 5 days..

I do what to clear my LS.. Like my 3 common clowns, poor man's banner, leopard wrasse.

no lei.. only the first few days got fights.. now seems getting along..

my boyu wave maker flow is irritating.. combine with an unstable swiming clown = its funny to see them swim clumsily. Still not sure which wavemaker is good.. Tunze 6015 (1800L/HR) or Hydor Koralia nano (900L/HR).. i want a stable nice looking flow, not a storming flow..

Your ich might be stress ich; something like you falling sick if you are subjected to lousy bosses and harsh working life.

Look towards reducing your bioload..

since my fishes are still eating, i'm letting them cure on its own with Garlic-X added food and octozin.. Still wanting to upgrade to a 4ft or 3 ft...

Will place my 2 feet in my room for a fish only QT...

I bought this clove polyp just 1 week ago..

1st it discharge fluid followed by shrunk.. now it seems like the stalks are falling apart only 2 polyps are open.. any clue y or what can i do?

Cloves are not difficult to keep. Perhaps your water condition not favourable? The only prob i have with cloves are, they seem to have a limited shelf life.

I'll go with what slapper said. Water conditions not pristine enough to keep the cloves. Nothing to do with acclimatisation and corals need little acclimatisation. At most to me if the temp concurs, it should survive.

So if corals can't survive means smth wrong with the water.

parameters checked when i drop into my DP tank... from what i know clove are hardy corals, i check parameters every week to get a good parameter.. even my gorniopora are doing well all this while, my other corals too..

y do i say during accimation is probably because during i drop it in my DP tank, all the polyps were close, never open. then it discharge fluid, shrank n never opened except for the 2 polyps.. followed my foxface start to nibble.. so currently only 2 polyps survive, read that clove spread fast? is it xenia or the clove that i have right now?

Bro it doesn't matter whether the cloves are closed or opened. If water is good it will open.

But now you've shed some light tt your foxface has been sighted nibbling on it, chances are high it made a meal out of your cloves ><

Anyway all soft corals spread fast and well when conditions are right. Xenia and cloves alike, except from my experience it's not easy to handle Bali Xenia. Personally prefer Fiji Xenia more..

You should not be keeping foxface. They are pretty but not reef safe. When not well fed, they will start to nibble on your polyps.
