Yes, u can start by ramping half an hr a week and observe. Good luck & see if the colors & growth improve. If growth improve, rem to chk ur ca & carbonate levels cos u might need to dose more.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mine i put it at 12hrs blue n white. Maximum lights.. but beware that algae will increase too if ur po4 is high. Then u will be like me. Everyweek pulling out weeds and changing water.

Reefing is sharing. People with rotten mouth is sure a loser for life as expected. When a tomato gets rotten, you can nvr save it.. Throw it away before it infect the good ones.

thanks. on a side note, got a hailea hc150 today. temp set to 26-27°C. anyone can recommend flow rate?
Try a lower limit of the recommended flow rate of the chiller. Helps in chilling the tank faster.

nvr measure as only feed 10-20pellets a day and mysis 1-2times a week. not checking ca kh balance as sps are all frags now. wc 10% per week.
Water change nsw or salt mix?? I used to change with nsw and found that the parameter was unstable. So hav just started using salt mix.

imo i find nsw quite dirty. may introduce patasites/pathogens into the tank. using dd h2o ocean now

Hi guys, my cal is currently 420 & kh 11. Any advise? Should I stop dosing and let kh come down to btw 8 & 9 before continue with dosing 2 part supplement ??
It might go higher over the safe limit if u continue to dose KH supplement.

Diiferent reefers keep at different range. Ulns will usually be at lower range 6.5-8dkh. Some ppl kept at btwn 7-11dkh, some ppl at 8-12dkh or 8-11dkh but whatever it is, a healthy stable KH would be the key in maintaining a healthy reef.

wow thats great growth! my Forest fire digi is growing pretty fast but the only thing happening to my german blue is color changing. i see totally no growth at all and its been more than 2 months!!

love the forest fire too. but on the exact oppisite my ff is not growing at all. lol

why when i look at the BN they dont look pink at all!!!
Could be due to lighting and parts of the stem where more light is shine on it will be more pink. Some parts maybe lighter or yellowish.
