last time my 34L nano i top up 1.5L everyday really cannot tahan. now my 260L 4ft shallow due to large surface water movement by my wavemakers, i still have to top up 1.5L everyday despite chiller.

How come the pic looks abit dark.. color of sps abit pale. could be your number of hours on lightings insufficient? Try to relocate the sps with minimum shadows So that they get full lighting.

Get a Tunze ATO and no more manual top-up

After resizing pic become darker. Donno why. As for colour, under full blast blue leds for 7hrs a day and 5hrs of white

Tks. But growth very slow. Fastest grower in my tank is jade green and german blue, but colour wise not that blue.

I suggest on ur white led for at least 6-8hrs to enhance sps growth. Blue led as supplement and color enhancement for 10-12hrs. Slowly ramp up the hours week by week and see if there's any improvement. If there's anything wrong, e.g bleaching, then revert back to shorter period and try again.

On a side note, still looking for chiller. Hope that it will reduce algae growth and of course, chill the water.

Yes, u can start by ramping half an hr a week and observe. Good luck & see if the colors & growth improve. If growth improve, rem to chk ur ca & carbonate levels cos u might need to dose more.
