I dont think its needed if you're talking about 2ft cube.

1 litre of water is about 1kg. So the water is roughly about 216kg.

216kg + how much sand you buying + amt of live rock + actual weight of tank.

4ft tank in the balcony. Scare the balcony will drop. Just kidding :D
