Protein Skimmer Problem

I'm using a dymax xp-30.. Its producing alot of micro bubbles coming out of the outflow.. It started out no micro bubbles the 1st week. 2nd week just tiny bit.. today i tried feeding Cyclop Eeeze, suddenly a burst of micro bubbles came out.. I tried washing it as i scare there's food particles stuck inside. After washing it, i put back inside, still same problem. How to remedy? Does cutting the air hose short effects it? I dont think so. Tried to find the problem but cant find any probs.

Your bubbles will disappears these few days don't worries

Cyclops is very potent a little will cause Skimmer to go mad

Grrr! no wonder... anyone want cyclops? dun want to use already... hahaha wasted $10

Add a sponge at outlet to trap microbubbles. If you are using sump, you can do that at the buffer area. As for cyclops, switch off skimmer during feeding or else most of it ends up in the waste cup of skimmer

I think my dymax xp-30 broke down.. Its not sounding smooth as usual.. Theres rattling sound and not producing enough bubbles.. Just use it 2weeks.. I wonder if Polyart do exchange... This is stupidity.. Dumping this for BM NAC QQ.. better performance for an extra $20.. BM NAC QQ runs on a 500L pump.. Dymax XP-30 Run on a 600L pump.. anyone agrees?
