Where can I buy this holder for Par lights?

Hi all, does anyone know where can I buy such holder? I had a very hard time searching for it. Found something similar on ebay (second pic) but it faces another way which is not suitable.

Yes, uk. I've run thru all the big supermarts, diy shop and lighting shops at jurong east. Only left balestier area not been there.

The ones sold at lighting shops are similar to the power pac . As my par38 bulb is umbrella shaped, it can't fit into the power pac.

I was prepared to buy and later saw off the metal case of powerpac but later discovered that the clip is in an off angle. Only Top half of the neck can be bent. So the light will be very close to the water or not able to direct at the water. Tats my visualization of the powerpac fixture.

For this fixture, the neck is vertical and the light angle can be adjusted very freely over the water, though this need to be proven when I get the fixture. But based on the sellers answer to mine, I feel it should serve my needs.

My CO likes my hobby too and she thinks the tank should look aesthetically pleasing. no doubt it is overprice, but if u can't find any nice design in the market n It justify my purchase, furthermore I can't leave my new par bulb unlit.
