Hi bro, from my experience, CoralRX dun kill them but stun them so after u dip in RX u will have to wash the whole monti a few times to clear the monti on it.

Rx also dun kill the egg, so u will have to dip a few more time every few days to confirm they are gone.

If 1 of your monti have it, high chance most of your monti have it, best to dip all. Good luck.

Hope u didnt drop RX into display tank.

If you wanna try something reefsafe, can try seachem FLATWORM EXIT,

it will lead to massive die off of flatworm which release their toxin, so u need to standby large water change and also activated carbon.

but again it doesnt deal with the eggs

Double Choy, this fish is sent from Heaven to help reefers like me.

Its friendly to fellow fishes, adds colour to the tank and deadly to all pests.

It swims around with the eyes darting about , ready to pounce on the evils.

Just like mata kia cycling in the neighbourhood, looking for ah longs and litterers.

cheers

I don't think the flatworm exit solution will killed the nudi eating monti.

I had this problem in my old tank and it took me more than 1 month "killing" all of the pest and you had to do it after the lights goes out and with the help of a touch light.

IMO, the best way is to remove the monti totally from your tank ASAP. Coz once the monti start to lay eggs... is a disaster waiting to happen.

and do not try to kill them with sharp object as they can split into more smaller one.

Best is to suck them out using a pipette.

Do note, this white nudi will attack all kinds of montipora, including digitata which belong to the monti family.

Well, I managed to beat the nudi's.........for now atleast..

I used to dip in Coral RX, for about 10mins then scrub the whole underside or wherever the monti's were and wherever i could see eggs. I did this a couple of times in a week and they were gone..hopefully for good...
