Hi,im intend to switch from total 36watt led to maxspect g1 180w for lps and easy sps.Would like to know is it overkill for tank size 2ftx1.5ftx2ft?

you mean maxspec g1 4 x 30watt led each not able to cover my tank 2 ft height?i intend to hang the maxspect 6 inchs away from surface water worry my lps cannot take it if to near.

Yes. You need to hang it higher first initially and move lower a bit every week for your SPS/LPS to get use to the light....

Decided to put the light on top tank 4 inch above water.I only on 4x 30watt white for 3 hr,10hr both for 13 blue and 5 white 3 watt led.I realize too bright and white if turn on all led.Any recommend how to make it look slightly blue look?
