How often do you feed your fishes in SPS tank?

As per topic, how often should we feed the fishes in a tank with sps? Always tempted to feed my fishes at least 3 times a day but yet worried frequent feeding might deteriorate the water quality and affect the sps colours.

I am doing 24/7 skimming and 5% water change weekly. Hope to get some advice.

hi.. in my 2 cents.. if u are doing 24/7 skimming and water change weekly...

feeding ur fishes 3-5 times a day its ok... but of cos within a range of 5 mins each time...

u also have to see wat type of food u feed (eg: flakes, pellets, mysis. blar blar blar)

lots of guru here will have the more details explanations...

just monitor ur sps, as long as the color stays... u shld be able to feed...

if it turns slightly brown.. mabb its time for a WC again or stop feeding that much... u shld know ur trash hole within a mth of how much to feed ur fishes..

usually 6 times a day, 5x auto feeder, 1x frozen mysis

up to 8x if i have the time, during weekend

1x seaweed etc etc plus usual feeding

i love my fishy fat lol

3X daily manual feeding. Drop a small amount of food & try to make sure it's finished before dropping again.

Thanks for all the advices guys. I also prefer my fishes fat fat.
