how to have a good flow of current in sps tank

Depends really on how big your tank is. The cheapest is at least 2 powerheads at opposite sides, you can use a normal timer to switch them on and off to create alternating currents. Match the lit/hr output to the size of tank.

Streams are a good choice, again, model and No. depends on size of tank

Another cheap and ok alternative is to use SCWDs, one for each powerhead, so dat the flow is not constantly focused in one direction (which will cause tissue loss in SPS if directed at them straight)

Use higher flowrate PH for SCWDs cause they tend to reduce output by at least 10%, and they also tend to clog up after a few mths, so gotta watch the flow outputs and clean the SCWDs if they do jam up...

My personal experience, mostly for poorer reefers hahah...
