Is 30 times turnover acceptable? (return pump)

Thinking of using a 2,500L/hr return pump (Sicce Multi) for my 80-litre ios nano.

Or should I stick to Eheim 1250 (1,200L/hr) -15times turnover.

If I use the Sicce, will be T-ing to 2 outlets to the display tank, and not use any wave maker.

Keeping some nano fish and mainly soft corals.

Advice?

2500 liters/hrs for a small tank is too strong

So, this is not a case of "the more the merrier"..

Noted. I'll use the 1250 as return pump.
