Hi bro.

I'm also into this.

Design drawing completed....pending for the acrylic material.

Using 18mm for 4ft tank size.

Tank : 3 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup end Feb 2014 ) --> 4 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup early Nov 2016 )
Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC6 --> Bubble Magus Curve 7
Return pump : Jebao 10000l/h ( down in 17th December 2014 ) --> Jebao DC-12000 ( 19th December 2014 )
Compressor drop-in coil
Wavemaker : Tunze 6105 x 1
Lights : Modular based DIY LED light x 4

I have router table and some other tools.

Did acrylic before but is for display box.

Using few pieces of leftover acrylic sheet for testing

Tank : 3 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup end Feb 2014 ) --> 4 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup early Nov 2016 )
Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC6 --> Bubble Magus Curve 7
Return pump : Jebao 10000l/h ( down in 17th December 2014 ) --> Jebao DC-12000 ( 19th December 2014 )
Compressor drop-in coil
Wavemaker : Tunze 6105 x 1
Lights : Modular based DIY LED light x 4

Tank : 3 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup end Feb 2014 ) --> 4 x 2 x 1.8 ( setup early Nov 2016 )
Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC6 --> Bubble Magus Curve 7
Return pump : Jebao 10000l/h ( down in 17th December 2014 ) --> Jebao DC-12000 ( 19th December 2014 )
Compressor drop-in coil
Wavemaker : Tunze 6105 x 1
Lights : Modular based DIY LED light x 4

Any PIC of your router table? Ur tank will b heavy and u definitely need more hands especially pulling out the pin when fixing the bottom panel. Not sure what pointers u need but feel free to ask. I am in the midst of getting my router to work perfectly because if the router is not at 90degree, a thick material will be cut at a angle and cause problem during annealing. It might be good to share your jig and various tools so that we can discuss in depth.

Hi Bro.

I'm not using router for the cutting.

Using 8 inch saw mill for cutting.

As for the top panel opening, that will be using router.
