You mean cleaner wrasse?

Best leave it in the wild, not ideal for home aquarium as our fishes do not have enough parasites for it to have a healthy nature diet.

Yes, this is not an easy fish to keep and getting it to feed prepared food.

You can consider the neon goby instead. Similar colors but much better survival rate.

Cleaner aka doctor wrasse will not survive long in our home aquarium unless it starts to feed on fish food

the price difference between cleaner and neon goby is about 10 times.

both not easy to keep.

had 3 cleaner wrasse, on different occasion, KO after a few months despite taking prepared food(pellet & mysis)

my current 1, coming a year, i think the key is "dirty" fish, eg pbt at etc

It is not necessary that buying a PBT will keep the cleaner wrasse alive. They need to be feeding prepared foods in a tank before they can be kept alive.
