I have the following Aquatronica for sale.

The BASIC AQUARIUM CONTROLLER SYSTEM package consists of:

Bought from Aquamari sometime back.

Aquarium Controller-Controller Unit

Temperature Sensor

Power unit with 6 sockets I/O standard UK

pH Interface

Redox Interface

Level or presence of water

pH Electrode (Not working)

Redox Electrode ((Not working)

Please note you need new electrode.

You can get electrode from other maker.
