45cm cube tank is not really big. Your output pump should be able to give it some flow or can just get an mp10 and tone it down.

Also depends on what types of corals u going to keep. MP10 is a good choice for a 18" cube

For lower budget option, Boyu WM 1 is not bad. I bought from Ah Beng, if not wrong around $12

I have used it for half a year.
