My RBTA moved house and went to attached itself to a rock of green zoas,

Needed some advices here from seniors on how to shift it back to the original rock?

Also after my clowns excape from the beta box, they r not hosting the anemone, what to do?

Yesterday managed to catch one of my black ice. Then this morning, while the other in a daze, half asleep mode, caught it as well. Now put them both in beta box with my rock of zoas & rbta. Hope they can host it soon. I still got no idea how to separate the rbta from it. Now some of zoas are not opening due the rbta there.

No guarantee but u can try this...

Gently take the rock out of the water then back into the water with the anemone upside down) over and over again. The anemone will let go of the rock in approx 5-10 min.

At least your anemone chose a small rock to rest. Mine chose the main rock which is my foundation rock as its permanent home. Somemore at the back of the tank. Nothing I can do about it. Can see cannot reach.

Ya, I realized it usually like to attach itself to underside of a rock for better security & protection. Those really far to reach corners.

Maybe will try the dipping in & out water another day over the weekend. Just now tried this method but the anemone just refused to barge.

My Acan seem to have slowly but surely recover back its original colors but the bad news is some polys started to rot near the right bottom side.

As for the rest of the bleached corals, still the same, no improvement yet.

The colors seem less intense as compared to when I got it.

I hope it is not gonna bleach again.

This guy cleans up the rocks kilat kilat. But make sure your frags all glued down or else will be knocked all over by this fella.

So far so good, not much sps in my tank apart from the 2 frags mentioned earlier. The rest of my LPS are all properly placed to prevent any royal rumble in the middle of the night.

Today the rbta shifted house and I managed to put it back to the original rock. Hope it stays there permanently.

Noted, should be quite safe cos if it goes down into the overflow, it should be trapped by the filter sock before it can makes its way to the skimmer.
