light for anemone??

is 90watt PL n 20watt FL can support for anemone ?? if not how much watt is need to keep an anemone?

depending on the depth where it's placed. Anyway, they will roam till found ideal place. I am also having one under 110W of PL. So far so gd.

Sometimes i wonder if they need a lot of light.My red anemone spend the last 6 weeks under my 2nd lowest LR at the back of my tank, occasionally having its tip out to catch some light. I am having 4xt5 lighting anyway. Last night it moved from its oringinal position rite across to the other side of the tank where I have forgotten to on my other 2x T5 light. It was on the side of the I~Box till i ons the light there, after 20 mins, it moved to hide under the I`Box away from the light.

How to expain this
