help id green creature

Recommended Posts

I found this green slug like creature in my tank. been there for months already and it's pretty hard to take a decent picture. about 2cm long.

any reefers know what it is?

seems to be extremely timid and hides in tiny holes all the time. only moves when I rattle the rock.

The Photo you show are Nemertea   ( Ribbon Worms )  Generally, nemertines are carnivorous; most feed on small invertebrates like crustaceans and annelids, but some feed on the eggs of other invertebrates, and a few live inside the mantle cavity of molluscs and feed on microbes filtered out by the host. Please take out not reef safe.
